To view your food log states over a duration time you need to click on the menu item Dash Board.

By default, you will see a graph of your weekly calorie count and your required daily calorie intake. To alter the viewing period of the chart use the from and to date selectors. Then click on the Submit button to have your information updated with the selected period.

In the top right corner, you will also see a summary of the amount of days that you have been overeating and under eating and the average daily calories that you were consuming through the selected period.

Under Basic Details, you will also see how you weight has changed over the chosen time.
